"I was struggling badly with my insurance agent, trying to get things settled with the total loss of my car. I would call them repeatedly with no one calling me back then they would call me leave a brief message and even if I called back within two minutes, they would not answer the phone. I went to State Farm in Cherokee Iowa and asked for help. They were very very empathetic and said they would surely help me. My accident was on February 26. It was now the second week of April. The people at the Cherokee State Farm office were awesome!! What had not happened for me in two months was completed within a week maybe a week and a half. I have received my check for the car. I was able to get the new car and I also immediately switched to the Cherokee office with Jennifer and her staff. I was dumbfounded with how much they got done so quickly. I was still feeling a bit apprehensive, but as the hours passed, I was beginning to totally believe in Jennifer and her staff! I moved my entire Ins. needs to their office. My house, my car all of it. I felt maybe as if I was being petty calling them to check on things. Every time I called there was huge progress made. They kept in touch with me the entire time and still do actually. I would highly highly highly recommend this office. My insurance actually went down a little bit. If you are not happy with your insurance company or even our happy but want to check out other routes call them. Please call them. You won’t believe it! When there were some papers needing to be signed, I was at work, but I said that I would try to get there before they closed. Their comment was we will wait for you so just drive safely and come to the office when you’re in town. I know I was past their closing time but there they were waiting for me. I will never go anywhere else, but to this State Farm office for any of my insurance needs. They are so friendly and so caring that you will know you will be taken care of! I will even guarantee that!! Thank you, Jennifer and all your staff for everything you did for me so quickly. If I could give a higher rating than a five, I would give you the highest number possible!"
